Delivery Information
At Water Run Farm, we aim to make receiving your firewood as simple and convenient as possible. We offer a reliable local delivery service, bringing quality firewood straight from our farm to your home.
Local Delivery
Delivery is included within our specified local delivery area. For locations outside this area, an additional delivery charge may apply. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We deliver within approximately a 15 mile radius of Stowmarket, Suffolk.
Our local delivery areas include:
Stowmarket Area
Stowmarket, Stowupland, Combs, Onehouse, Great Finborough, Little Finborough, Haughley, Haughley Green, Old Newton, Gipping, Buxhall and Shelland.
Needham Market Area
Needham Market, Barking, Battisford, Ringshall, Great Bricett, Offton, Creeting St Mary, Creeting St Peter and Creeting St Olive.
East & West Villages
Elmswell, Woolpit, Wetherden, Drinkstone, Beyton, Hessett, Rattlesden, Felsham, Gedding, Badwell Ash, Walsham le Willows and Norton.
Bury St Edmunds Area
Thurston, Pakenham, Tostock, Rougham, Great Barton and surrounding villages.
North Suffolk Villages
Bacton, Wyverstone, Mendlesham, Wetheringsett, Cotton, Finningham, Rickinghall and nearby areas.
If your location is not listed, please contact us as we may still be able to arrange delivery.
We always aim to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe of 5 working days. While we do our best to arrive as planned, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, and our delivery schedule.
Access Requirements
Please ensure there is safe and suitable access for our delivery vehicle before placing your order.
Our driver will assess the delivery location on arrival and will place your firewood in the nearest safe and accessible location on your property.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to restricted access, unsafe ground conditions, or lack of space, a failed delivery charge may apply.
Firewood Bag Deliveries
Our firewood is delivered in bags and positioned as conveniently as possible using our delivery equipment.
Please note:
• Bags will be placed at the nearest accessible point
• Access must be suitable for our vehicle and unloading equipment
• Delivery location is at the driver’s discretion for safety reasons
If you have a specific place you would like your firewood left, please let us know before delivery and we will always try our best to accommodate.
Stacking Service
A firewood stacking service may be available upon request.
This must be arranged before delivery and may include an additional charge depending on quantity and location.
